About Dr. Novotny

Each person has a unique story and a desire to be known. I feel so honored that clients share these difficult stories with me.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and relationship issues. My approach is integrative, viewing problems like the many layers of an onion - addressing thoughts and behaviors while also exploring deeper patterns when needed.

My clients continue to amaze me with their resilience and inner strength. It is such an honor for me to be a part of their healing process.
